At Urban Addict, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

To proceed with the exchange or return of the product, you must send us an e-mail info@urbanaddict.net specifying the exchange option chosen, as well as the order number and the product you wish to exchange or return. Below, we detail the conditions associated with each option:

+ Shipping costs on returns, will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the product, in which case, shipping costs will be borne by Urban Addict.

+ As soon as we receive your package we will make the refund, using the same payment method you chose to make your purchase. Remember that shipping costs will only be refunded in case of total cancellation of the order.

Right of withdrawal

The deadline for the exercise of this right is 30 calendar days from receipt of the product and to exercise it you must send an email to info@urbanaddict.net.

The amount of the article will be refunded and in the case of having paid shipping costs, they will only be paid in case of total withdrawal of the order.

This right will be applied as long as the products are returned in the same conditions in which they were received: they must not have been washed or damaged and must keep their label.

If your return cannot be accepted due to non-conformity with the above conditions, we will contact you immediately. In the event that we have mistakenly sent a different item than the one requested or that the quality of the item is not adequate, please send us an e-mail to info@urbanaddict.net to correct it as soon as possible.

Returned products must be sent in a single delivery. We reserve the right not to accept products belonging to a single order, returned and delivered at different times. Whatever the payment system used for the purchase, the refund of the amount will be implemented as soon as possible, but always within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the item at our facilities (except in exceptional cases of high activity).

As an exception to the preceding paragraphs, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in these cases (Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March):

1) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. Swimwear and underwear.

2) Purchases of Personalized Products. Personalized products are considered all those for whose elaboration an individual choice or decision on the part of the consumer and user is decisive or has required the personalization of some of its features or parts.

In case of defective products we will proceed, as appropriate, to their replacement or refund.
